1.Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use apply when you visit www.aqvinto.com and use the tools on it (together, the “website”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the website.
2.Our tools
Aqvinto provides online tools for working with PDFs and images, calculators, text and developer utilities, and other everyday tasks. The tools are currently free to use and do not require an account.
Our tools process your files and input in your browser. You keep ownership of the files and content you use with the tools, and you are responsible for making sure you have the right to use them.
3.Checking your results
Our tools are designed to be helpful, but you are responsible for checking their results before you rely on them. In particular:
- review converted, compressed, merged or split files before you share, submit or delete the originals;
- keep your own copies of important files;
- treat calculator results as estimates for guidance only. They are not financial, legal, tax, medical or other professional advice.
4.Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the website running smoothly and the tools accurate, but we provide them “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, or that every result will be complete or perfectly accurate. Results can also depend on your browser, device and the files you use.
5.Acceptable use
When using the website, you must not:
- use it for anything unlawful, or to process content you do not have the right to use;
- interfere with or disrupt the website, including by overloading it, sending excessive automated requests or introducing malicious code;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems it runs on;
- misuse the website in any way that could harm it, us or other people.
We may limit or block access to the website if we reasonably believe it is being misused.
6.Changes to the website and tools
We may add, change, improve or remove tools and features at any time, including how they work and which ones are free. We may also pause or stop the website, temporarily or permanently.
7.Third-party services and links
The website relies on some third-party services, such as hosting and analytics, which are described in our Privacy Policy. Where the website links to other websites or services, those are run by others and have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

To the extent permitted by law, Aqvinto is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or its tools. This includes loss of data or files, loss arising from relying on results, and any indirect or consequential loss.
